Bill is actually a freelance photographer based in south west UK. His passion for cider has led him to become a globe trotting specialist, occasionally writing, travelling internationally to speak about, and judge cider. He frequently contributes to various publications, TV/radio and festivals on the subject and between 2012-2014 authored or co-authored 3 books on the subject: ‘Worlds Best Cider’, ‘Guide to Welsh Perry and Cider’ and ‘Haynes Cider Enthusiasts Manual’.
